Theme Week

Are you feeling bored? Has January got you feeling down? Well lets mix it up next week! Next week we are going to have a theme week to help lift your spirits! Each day next week we will have a different Theme. celebrate with us by dressing up with each theme and joining us for activities at lunch and after school!
MONDAY next week will be WACKY DAY – Dress up in your Wackyiest outfit and join us in the commons for some Minute to Win it Games!
TUESDAY will be Game day! Wear your favorite team gear and join us in front of the school for FOOD TRUCKS at Lunch! we have some great food trucks coming including, Worlds Best Corn Dogs, Rocky Mountain Burger Bus, Crumbs Doughnuts, The Roasted Pleaser, and Chick Fil A!
WEDNESDAY will be Hawaiian Day. Dress up in your best Hawaiian Shirt and join us in the commons for Dole Whip at Lunch!
Thursday is 80s Day Wear your best 80s outfit and join us in the commons to play Just dance all lunch long!
Friday will be DIsney Day, Dress up in your Favoirte Disney gear or dress like your favorite disney character and join us for a Disney themed Kahoot at Lunch!
Prizes will be available all week long so be sure to check the school instagram account each day so you can see how to win for dressing up and participating in activities!

2nd Semester Parking Passes

2nd Semester Parking Pass
Passes go on sale starting January 21st with a cost of $5.00. Your application must be filled out and turned in with payment, applications can be found on the website or in the main office.
Starting February 3rd all 1st semester passes will expire and will no longer be valid.

U Make Up Class

U Make Up Classes will be held Wednesday January 29th and Thursday January 30th in Ms. Jones room 2303 from 2:30 to 4:30. Attending one class will clear one U. The charge is $5.00 per class, sign up in the office to attend.

Boys State at WSU

Junior Boys who would like to participate in Boys State at Weber State University need to see Mrs Sommer in the Counseling Center to sign up.

The American Legion Oratorical Speech Competition is open to students 10th-12th grade.

The National winner will receive $20,000.

The first level, which is LOCAL, will be held Jan. 22nd at 5:30 p.m. in Farmington.

Students interested in competing MUST notify Mrs Sommer BEFORE Jan 15th by email, phone or stopping by the Counseling Center.


HOSA would like to thank all those that collected plastic caps and lids for our “Caps for Cancer” service project. We were able to send over 5200 caps to Mexico and provide 5 chemo treatments for kids with cancer. We will continue to take any caps for the rest of the school year so bring them to room 2416 anytime.

Scholarship Information

Are you planning on going to college? Stop by the Counseling Center and check out the scholarship wall. New scholarship opportunities for Sophmores, Juniors, and Seniors are available every couple of weeks. Also check your school email for scholarship opportunities.

Seniors applying for Regents’ – the final deadline is February 3rd, which is just three weeks away.
